How we handle the personal data you share with us.

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily when you fill in the contact form or write to us by WhatsApp, email or phone: name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. We do not collect sensitive data and we do not run automated profiling.
We process your data exclusively to reply to your enquiry, schedule a free site visit, and, if you hire us, manage the contractual relationship. We do not use your data for commercial marketing unless you give us express consent.
Processing is based on your explicit consent when you submit the form (article 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of a contract when you hire our services (article 6.1.b).
We keep contact-form data for a maximum of 12 months if you do not end up hiring us, enough time to follow up. If you do hire us, we keep your data for the duration of the contract plus the statutory tax retention period (6 years for invoicing).
To send the contact form we use Resend (transactional email service, European domain). The site is hosted on Vercel (hosting with EU servers). These providers act as data processors under our responsibility.
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and the right not to be subject to automated decisions. To do so, write to us at info@terraluxegardens.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing breaches your rights.
