Andratx, Calvià and Santa Ponsa
Andratx · Calvià · Santa Ponsa
The southwest coast lives off the sea and the westerly wind. On limestone soil, the gardens learn to tolerate salinity: topiary olives, pittosporum, tamarisks, bougainvillea against dry-stone walls. Pool villas, inherited estates and gated communities sit within a few kilometres of each other, and every property asks for a different balance between formal Mediterranean garden and contemporary design.

deia · mallorca
Deià, Estellencs and Banyalbufar
Deià · Estellencs · Banyalbufar
The north Tramuntana, dry-stone terraces and centuries-old olive groves. Here the gardens respect the topography they inherited: walls that hold the soil, gravity-fed irrigation, native species that already know the place. Mediterranean light falls on olive, cypress, rosemary and lavender, and the craft is to step in lightly and well.

Valldemossa and Bunyola
Valldemossa · Bunyola
Central Tramuntana. Almonds, ancient olives, traditional country estates with cobbled courtyards and the shade of holm oak. High-ground gardens call for plants that handle winter cold and limestone rock: monastic gardens, mountain residences, Mallorcan stone-and-water courtyards. The palette leans deep green and mineral.

Palma and Marratxí
Palma · Marratxí
The capital and its urban ring. Townhouse courtyards, rooftop terraces, communal gardens behind walls and small private oases right in the centre. The challenge is always the same: gain green without losing the view, manage scarce water, sit palm and olive within historic or contemporary architecture. Demanding maintenance, sometimes awkward access.

migjorn · mallorca
Llucmajor, Campos, Felanitx, Sant Joan and Santanyí
Llucmajor · Campos · Felanitx · Sant Joan · Santanyí
The Migjorn is the agricultural south: open plain, almond trees, vineyards, carob pods and a long summer. The gardens accompany rural fincas and restored country houses, mixing productive and ornamental: kitchen garden, orchard, Mallorcan gravel, dry-stone wall and drought-tolerant planting. Rural in feel, generous in scale, restrained in taste.

soller · mallorca
Sóller
Sóller · Port de Sóller
The Sóller valley is a microclimate sheltered by the Tramuntana, historically given over to citrus. Orange and lemon trees, figs and palms share the valley with manor houses and Mallorcan courtyards, on deeper soil and with more water than the rest of the sierra. Traditional gardens, dense shade, coolness.

Alcúdia and Pollença
Alcúdia · Pollença · Port de Pollença
The north of the island is greener and cooler. Pine forests, open bays, boutique hotels by the water and villas set in pine-shaded gardens. Gardens here use the high shade and the relative humidity to grow species that are more demanding than in the south: agapanthus, hydrangea, ferns, Mediterranean fruit trees. Maintenance shared between holiday and residential use.
